Amelia’s Own ships via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). We ship to the Continental United States only. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes nor do we ship C.O.D.
We offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more.

Special Delivery arrangements are available for all Amelia Island residents. A $2.00 handling fee will be assessed. Please email Lisa@AmeliasOwn.com for more info.

Processing Times
All in stock items will leave our facility within 3 business days from the date the order is placed. Custom orders may require additional processing time. We will make every effort to keep the customer informed of any delays.

Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please Do Not Accept the shipment. If you do accept the order, please notify Amelia’s Own immediately, so that we can handle the issue accordingly.

Returns
It is extremely important to us that you are satisfied with all of your purchases from Amelia’s Own. Many items that we offer are non-returnable, as they are customized and approved by each customer before the item is delivered. We will handle each return on a case by case basis. All returns must receive authorization before accepted.
